With it being Autumn it is the perfect weather to get out doors and enjoy some outside activities. One of many activities many people like to enjoy are the many festivals that come up through out the Georgia area. My family have come upon many just being out. Fitness Update: Incorporationg Healthy Eating On A Budget
I'm a bit late on my fitness update. I think I did okay last week. I noticed that on days when I didn't exercise is when my calorie intake struggled. I need to work on staying within my limits. My weakness is my late night snacks. What I need to do is stop them or not have any at all if I'm not within my calories or haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping to do better.
