Ever since I started working again I’ve found that one thing I have had the hardest time doing is finding time to workout. Recently I decided that it is time to get back into working out again. Me working is just another excuse for me not to do it. Let me be honest I was barely doing it before I started working out again. I just want to be healthy. I’m going to kick myself for get off the wagon. I’m just going to try to get back on it.
I thought that I would share how I plan on doing this. I have some things in my arsenal that help me get moving when I am on it. Surprisingly most of them help me earn money and free gift cards. Others are just things that I enjoy using. So this is what I am using to get back on my fitness wagon:
YouTube- This is a great source of fitness videos. I love Fitnessblender and Pop Sugar.
Fitbit- I have a Fitbit. It’s the Fitbit Charge 2. It keeps me moving cause I always want to meet my 15,000 step goal. I also love that you can join groups and challenge other people to move.
Achievement- This app allows you to earn points that can be turned into cash for your daily physical activity. I have redeemed points for $10 on this app.
Sweatcoin- I just recently started using this app. Literally this past weekend. You can earn points that you can turn in for prizes such as an amazon gift card and cash. I can’t wait to see what I get my goal is to earn me some cash as always.
Sworkit- This is a great app. I use it to get in a quick workout. You use to be able to earn points on this app but it has since changed.
My goal is to be more active and healthy. So hopefully these things will continue to help me out. What keeps you on the fitness wagon?
