Last week I did the best I’ve ever done since I started my fitness journey this year. I was really mindful of how I ate and what I ate. It was not easy but I did it. I pretty much stayed within my calorie range all week except for once. But that’s okay. I’m still getting up early to workout. My Book Goals For 2023
I am still trying to get into reading more. Last year I read a total of five books. I think that , that was pretty good. I made an effort to read and it paid off. This year I want to do the same. I used to love reading and still do I just wasn't making time for it. I am now going to work even harder to focus on reading and my other hobbies. I recently finished my first book of 2023. I have been debating if it counts as the first book since I started it in 2022. Good Bye 2022, Hello 2023
I must say this year has been kind of a whirlwind. As years go it has had some ups and some downs. Those downs I learned some great lessons from and the ups I am so happy to have them. All of the things that happened this year I feel have made me a better person. Especially the downs.
