Time for a whole new week it’s Monday! Happy Self Love Monday! I can’t wait to see the week holds. Every week I look forward to accomplishing something so that I can share it with you all. It gives me some motivation. You all help me to keep going. I am challenging myself to do more than I normally would. It is definitely freeing. One of my accomplishments this week is I didn’t let excuses hold me back. I am the excuse queen so I can find a reason not to do anything. Especially if it’s out of my comfort zone. Last week the weather was not kind to us at all. It was absolutely freezing. In fact it was a bit windy this morning. I will say that I did let excuses get me at least one day. I decided that because it was cold it was a good excuse to skip my morning walk/run. With the cold weather it was so tempting to stay in my bed and not do anything. But after my first off day I decided to fight what came to me naturally. So rather give myself another excuse not to get out and do my walk/run I decided to do it in the house. I walked my stairs and ran from one room to another. I did for about three days. So one day I skipped completely. The next day I attempted to walk/run. I did about thirty minutes when I usually do almost an hour. Did I went in the house and did a workout video. I am just glad that I didn’t give in to being lazy. So I am patting myself on the back for not giving in to the excuses.
