It’s Monday y’all! Time to pat yourself on the back for an accomplishment. Remember no matter how small or big it is acknowledge yourself. So if you want to pat yourself on the back for just finding a moment to breathe go right ahead. Sometimes it’s hard to do that.
This week I am patting myself on the back for getting up off my lazy kiester and working out this week. I worked out three days last week. I decided that it was time to get back on the wagon. It had been awhile. I am trying to learn to make time for the things that I need to do and being healthy is one of them. I even got my morning walk in this morning. I hadn’t been able to do that because of the weather so it felt good to just get out there and walk. I am really feeling proud of myself.
