Lately I have been tired of having the same old spaghetti for dinner. It’s always the same thing. I either use ground beef or ground turkey and then spaghetti sauce. Ever so often I will add vegetables. But I was literally over it. So I became determined to come up with a new pasta dish that I would enjoy.
So last week when I went to the store I decided I was going to come up with another pasta dish. I picked up some sausage, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. I had no idea what this was going to taste like but I was truly excited to try it .
A few nights later I was ready to give it a try.
- First I put on a pot of water to boil so I could cook my pasta. Once the water started boiling I added my pasta.
- Then I cleaned and cut up my vegetables and then cooked them in the skillet with about 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once the vegetables were almost done cooking I threw in my sausage which I also cut up and browned it as well.
- When my spaghetti was ready I mixed it in with my vegetables
This whole meal took about 30 minutes. I loved how quick it was. Once I tried it. I knew I did the right thing by giving this recipe a try. It was so good. I will definitely be making it again.
