La La Land Mommy: A Junkyard Full Of Art
I previously wrote a post mentioning how my family and I have fallen in love with hiking. In that post I mentioned that this past weekend we visited Toccoa Falls. You can read that post here. Another thing we love is seeing interesting things. If we can we will document them. Nothing is more interesting than what we saw on our way to and from Toccoa Falls.
La La Land Mommy: A Junkyard Full Of Art
As we were making our way down Cornelia highway we saw this junkyard full of buses. The buses had been painted and they were all lined up in a row. We all thought that it was the coolest thing we had ever seen and that we would figure out a way to get closer on the way home. Cause of course at that time it was not possible because we were on the other side of the highway. So on our way back home The Husband turned into a small business and asked the owner how we could get closer. He told him that the only way we could get closer was to pull over on the side of the highway and climb the hill. Lucky for us there was a safe spot for us to pull over and we climbed the hill. We spent a good fifteen to twenty minutes admiring these buses. There were so many and the work was just amazing. Nishi was in heaven as she loves art. She keeps telling me about the various styles of art and how there are so many online websites (check https://hamiltonselway.com/ for example) where we can learn more about them. Anyway, I’m telling you these buses are definitely worth getting closer to. Especially if you’re into art. We decided to take pictures in front of our favorite buses.
