Lately my family and I have been trying out a number of new restaurants that we’ve been wanting to eat at. I guess is this pandemic that’s got us thinking why wait. Either way it’s been really fun checking out new places to eat.
Recently we tried out a place called Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. I have been wanting to try them out for awhile. But just never did it. Well one day when I got off The Husband treated the kids and I out to eat. To my surprise he pulled up to Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar. I was really excited. By the time we went the restrictions for restaurants had been lifted a little. We opted to eat out on the patio. There was one other pair there besides us and we were six feet apart. It was really nice outside. The four of us sat and looked at the menu to decide what we wanted to eat. I choose the Daddy’s Philly while The Husband, Tyler, and Nishe’ made their own. As an appetizer we order their truffle Parmesan fries. It came with a side of their creamy Truffle aioli on the side.
Let’s start with their appetizer. Their truffle Parmesan fries were so delicious! I had never had anything with truffle oil on them before. These fries were so yummy especially combined with the truffle aioli. It was really good. It was a really nice flavor all together. Let’s just say those fries really didn’t last long at all.
My Daddy’s Philly was so yummy. It came with their Bad Daddy’s Sauce. Okay before I start on this burger let me say something about this sauce. This sauce is so unbelievably good. It tastes good on the burger and even better on the fries. It was so good that I asked our waitress if they sold it by the bottle and was disappointed when she said no. They might want to start doing that. Okay I’m done talking about their delicious sauce. Time to get to the Daddy’s Philly. The sandwich was so good. It had just the right amount of meat, onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, and red peppers. It was really delicious. I got a combination of the mix in every bite. It was a good size. I wound up having to get a to go container.
Our waitress was really wonderful. I thought she was really good at what she does. She was really nice. She made sure she got our orders correct and everything. I thought she was just all around great.
I see a return trip to Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar for us in the future. I love the atmosphere and how attentive the staff was. They wore mask to protect themselves and the customers. I really enjoyed it.
