In my quest to have a more positive year I thought that it would be great to come up with a day that I just focus on the positive things that have happened to me. Now I can’t promise that I will be consistent with this but I can definitely promise that I will try to do this at least once or twice a month. I think that it is okay to acknowledge the positive things that are happening in your life and even to pat yourself on the back. I think it would be great to see what positive things my readers are up to as well.
- The first thing that I am going to acknowledge is that I worked out for a full week. I haven’t done that in so long. I must say that I feel so great that I did it. I think that this is a good sign that I am going to stick to this exercise thing.
- I created four blog post last week. I didn’t even notice until I went to check.
- My husband is another year older. I am just glad that this man is still around. I shared on my Instagram what he wanted to do for his birthday. All he wanted to do was walk in the woods and throw rocks in the lake with his kids and me. How simple but so fabulous.
I had some great things that happened to me last week I can’t wait to see what this week holds. I am ready for it though. What is something positive that has happened to you this week?
