#NaBloPoMo : What’s your favorite headline/blog post title you’ve ever written? What was the hardest post title?
My favorite headline/blog post title I ever wrote was The Self Breast Exam Talk w/ Nishe. This is my proudest one because I was proud that I took the time out to have this conversation with my daughter. I also felt bad that I hadn’t yet had it. It is never to early to make your child aware of what she needs to do to detect cancer early and make sure that she is healthy. I knew exactly what I was going to title it the minute I decided to have that conversation with her. I am so glad that I had it. I plan on making sure that I remind her too. Be sure to walk your daughter through the steps of self examination.
My hardest post is anything where I am writing about some of my kids naughty behavior. The worst one was when my son went through a period on lying about some things. Making up stories of things that happened that actually didn’t. Thank goodness I am one of those parents that investigate before I go off. I would have been real embarrassed on at least two of those occasions. There was also one where my daughter lied about getting her iPod taken. Again it’s a good thing I’m an investigating parent. I did get to the truth and we have over come those obstacles hopefully. Other than that the only other ones that are hard to title are posts that I am not sure of the topic I am contemplating about writing. If it takes me too long to come up with a title I usual scrap the whole post.
