One thing that I've learned from my bouncing back and forth on working out and not working out is that sometimes it is just as hard on my poor husband as it is on me. He wants to support me but he just doesn't know how. I have been known to bite his head off for simply asking me if I am going to workout. Now he just doesn't address my exercising at all. Me & A 30 Day Fitness Challenge
I have been trying for the longest to get serious about losing weight. I have been off and on for years. I find that when I'm on it and when I'm not I'm not.
