I am so proud of myself! I have yet again made it another week without going over my calories. It is getting easier each day. I start the day with 1280 calories and then earn more when I workout or just move my body. I start most mornings throughout the week with a walk on my treadmill. Saturday The Husband and I headed over to The Works. If you haven't heard of The Works it is a business complex with a mix of businesses inside.
