Fitness Update: Incorporationg Healthy Eating On A Budget
I'm a bit late on my fitness update. I think I did okay last week. I noticed that on days when I didn't exercise is when my calorie intake struggled. I need to work on staying within my limits. My weakness is my late night snacks. What I need to do is stop them or not have any at all if I'm not within my calories or haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping to do better. I have a secret that you can't see unless you meet in person. If you look at the picture up above you can see it closely. Yes. The secret is I have extra teeth on top of my gums. My Fitness Journey Update
It has been a minute since I mentioned my renewed commitment to my fitness journey. It has not been easy sticking to it but I am trying. I don't have a scale so I can't go by numbers. My Awkward Shopping Trip
I am not a fan of clothes shopping. I mean I love getting new things but the whole shopping process I can do without. Maybe if I shopped online it wouldn't be so bad, I could probably use something like a Raise deal to get free shipping to my house. And if it turns out not to be my style at least I could return it by mail and get my money back.
