Yesterday my husband and I went to a restaurant. As we were sitting down to eat I started to pay attention to the way I eat. I got to a point where I was full so I stopped eating. Then a few minutes later I started eating again. I wasn't really hungry I just was eating. I stopped eating. Not even five minutes later my hand was back in the bag.
