Another thing I am working on in 2019 is learning to set boundaries. I have never been good at this. I think that's the area where I am too nice with people. Happy Monday! Time for a new Self Love Monday post. This week's post will be an update on my fitness. I started working out again at the beginning of this year. Well I have been working out off and on for awhile now but consistently it has been this year. I missed last week because unfortunately I got a cold but I started again this morning.
