Another thing I am working on in 2019 is learning to set boundaries. I have never been good at this. I think that's the area where I am too nice with people. I can respect other people's boundaries but I don't even respect my own. I don't know why I suck. But I do know it's pretty annoying. :: Keep Reading ::

Happy Monday! Time for a new Self Love Monday post. This week's post will be an update on my fitness. I started working out again at the beginning of this year. Well I have been working out off and on for awhile now but consistently it has been this year. I missed last week because unfortunately I got a cold but I started again this morning. This year I thought long and hard about what I wanted my 2019 word to be. Since I started doing words I have found them really helpful in helping me pursue my goals. Last year I chose multiple words. I just couldn't choose one. So this year I believe I am going to do the same thing again. I don't think one word is going to shape up how I want my year to look at the end of the year.
