Today the family and I headed out to the grand opening of Clean Juice West Village. I came across the opening on Facebook. It was evident that they were doing everything possible to advertise, you could see their effort online and in-person. They may have used companies like National Signs or something similar, to help with their promotion but I’m not too sure, it looked great though! Once I headed over to the website to see what it was about I knew I had to stop over there. I am trying to cut back on how much sugar I drink. I still enjoy soda, juice, and tea every now and then but for the most part I have dramatically cut back on my sugar. But sometimes when I want a drink I enjoy a great smoothie instead of picking up a soda out of a store. So that’s where we went this morning. As long as it is prepared properly and it is made the way you like it, you’ll find something that suits exactly what you want! Plus there are so many ways that juices can be made, you can learn all about duplex strainers and how they can make your juice as filtered as possible as well as see what a blender can create if you want to replicate it at home. There is no such thing as basic juice anymore!
The Clean Juice we went to is located on Marietta Blvd in Atlanta. The company was started by a husband and wife team Kat & Landon Eckles back in 2014. They wanted to provide healthy drinks to everyone like Kat had been doing for a decade at home. Their drinks are all organic and sugar free. Not only do they offer organic and sugar free drinks they also offer Acai bowls, greenoa bowls, and other good snacks.
When we headed over we all knew that we wanted to try their smoothies. Nishe’ and I tried The Alex’s Cherry Lemonade One Smoothie and The Husband and Tyler tried The Young One kids size smoothie. If you download their app and sign in for the first time you can get a $5 credit. We all downloaded the app and used ours. Tyler and The Husband’s turned out to be completely free while Nishe and I had to pay $2.95 each for ours. I immediately loved the taste of mine. It was so refreshing. It was a good pick me up for such an early morning. You can taste the fruit in every sip. Everyone else said they enjoyed theirs as well. The staff there was so welcoming and very nice. The store was spotless and inviting. I love that you can watch them make the smoothies and you can see all the ingredients right in front of you. I think we will definitely return sometime in the near future.
If you want to find a Clean Juice besides the one we visited there are 3 other locations in Georgia. I definitely recommend stopping in and giving it a try. You can enjoy a great drink guilt free.
