This weekend was full of a bunch of fun. I actually took the reins in making plans for us. I don’t usually do that. So I got up and just started planning. The weekend was even more exciting because Nishe’ is home for spring break. I’m a one step at a time person so the first step I took was searching for a place for us to have breakfast it took a while but I finally decided in a place called Graffiti breakfast. It is located in Chattahoochee Works this food place located in Atlanta. So we got dressed and headed out.
We got to Chattahoochee Works and started looking for the place. We spent nearly 20 minutes looking for this business. My daughter looked it up on Google and we found out the place was closed. I was a little disappointed but we wound up eating at a place called Delilah’s Everyday Soul. It was a soul food place. I will say for the amount of money we paid they totally gave us enough food. It took me two days to eat mine. The food was pretty good. I think I would eat there again. The food was really good. I just had the normal fried chicken, collard greens, and Mac & cheese. I thought it all tasted good. We also got some cookies from this place called Monster Cravings. I got a S’more cookie from this place. It was really good. Then we headed home. Well we headed home after we went grocery shopping.
Once we got home I suggested that The Husband and I go on a bike ride. We rode to a near by lake that we have ridden to before. It turned out to be so relaxing. We couldn’t ride the previous weekend because of the weather so we really needed this ride. The lake was so pretty. I love riding by the water. It is so soothing. We really had a great time. It turned out to be a really great day. Sunday was just a rest day. I was glad the weekend went well.
