I received products free that allowed me to bring the Disney Magic into my home. All fun that was had including all opinions are my own.
This past weekend I threw my Disney Side Party. We kept our fun simple. I bought some pizza, chips, juice, made some cake, and some goodies to put in our goodie bags. I was so excited to throw my party because it had been a while since I had a party in my home. I have to admit I was a little worried that the kids wouldn’t have any fun because I kept it so simple. I just wanted them to have fun.
Turns out I had nothing to worry about. My guests were my nieces, nephews, my friend’s kids, and one of my daughter’s friends from school. Let me tell you they had a blast. We dance , played games, and laughed. We kept the food in the kitchen so I turned the tablecloth that was sent in my package into a backdrop. We took pictures with our guest of honor a stuffed mickey.
One of the funniest thing that happened at the party was my son and my daughter’s friend iced the cake but they forgot to take it out of the pan. Unfortunately we didn’t know how to get ours to look like Mickey so we just iced him. At least we had the shape though. They were so proud of themselves though. We got some laughs from our photo bombers.
I asked the kids if they had fun and they all gave me a big smile and said that they did. I think the smiles on their faces says it all. They loved their goodie bags as well. I think their parents loved it more because I didn’t put any candy in it.
We had so much fun showing our Disney Side. How do you show your Disney Side?

Love that you involved the kids and let them ice the cake! Adventures in food prep is always entertaining!
