Disclosure: Some products were provided to me for free to help me show my #DisneySide but all opinions are my own.
A few weeks ago I signed up to throw a Disney Side Party to show my Disney Side. I am a huge fan of Disney. I was so thrilled to find out a few weeks later that I was one of the lucky ones chosen to throw a party. Then I got even better news when I found out that my sister-in-law Stephanie of the blog Autism, a Diva, & Disney also was accepted. For weeks I was going back and forth about it but I finally decided to talk to her about collaborating the parties. After she thought about it she agreed. I could not wait. This would give us the opportunity to do something together which we have never done before. I mean we have gone to family events and we have gotten together so the kids could spend time together but never thrown a party together. Okay let me be honest. My main thing was I provided more decorations but this party was all Stephanie. She did a fantastic job. I have noproblem giving props where props are due. She did an absolutely wonderful job. Above is a picture of the table. She made the cupcakes and a friend of hers made the cake.
Tyler, Nishe’, and I showed up about an hour early to help set things up So during that time the kids spent that time playing with their cousins. We spent our time. I also grabbed the opportunity to snap a few pictures of the cousins together. I love seeing our kids playing together.
The guest arrived around two. We waited about thirty minutes to see if anyone else would show up. After that the party began. We all had a blast. We watched the kids play together and we moms got a chance to chat it up. Then we started playing games. The kids answered trivia questions and they played a few rounds of bingo. Stephanie was given some T-shirts in her Disney box and then she had bought some more in case there were more guest. So the kids were able to decorate their own shirts. I am almost positive that, that was their favorite part of the whole party.
In the end we all had an absolute blast! It was so much fun. Thanks to my wonderful sister-in-law for collaborating with me. I had a great time.
