I have a secret. I have kind of being avoiding a scale. I thought that knowing how much I weigh could knock me off my journey to get healthy. I tend to obsess over things and once I start obsessing it can be all downhill from there. Well at least that is what happened the last time I had a scale. But at the same time I want to know when I am hitting my goal weight. I want to be between 145 and 150. Once I hit that goal I will probably try for another 5 to 10 pounds. I just really want to be at a healthy weight. But I realize in order t o know whether or not I met my goal I need a scale so I can know when I get there.
I was searching for the perfect scale when I received an opportunity to review the Eatsmart Bluetooth Scale. This scale is everything that you need in a scale. You can get so much information from it. Here are the things that it tells you:
- BMI
- Cal-max
- Weight
- Body fat
- Body water
- Body mass
You can have up to 8 profiles on this scale and it has automatic recognition. There is an app called the Eatsmart Performance App that will allow you to keep track of your weight and progress.
I think this scale is great! I have being using for about two weeks now. It easily connects to the app when you step on the scale. You can see all the information within a few seconds. You can also set reminders that remind you to weigh in. I try to check in maybe once a week. I don’t want to go overboard. Having the information on the app will really help me. I don’t have to remember to write it down or input it into another app unless I want to. So far I really enjoy using this scale.
