Last week’s episode of Expecting featured couples Jelisa & Darin and Crystal & Brandon. Jelisa is a bodybuilder who is preparing to marry her fiancée Darin at their destination wedding in Mexico. Darin wants kids as soon as possible. Jelisa would rather wait a year or two. But life had other plans. Jelisa finds out that she is pregnant a few weeks before her wedding. She and Darin navigate through the whole pregnancy smoothly. She keeps her work out and the wedding happens without a hitch they eventually welcome a baby girl.
Crystal & Brandon are a young and active couple who reside in Montana with their dog Tex. Crystal suffers from anxiety and OCD disorder. They live a peaceful life in Montana. They decided to try for a baby after a year of marriage. It takes a few weeks but they finally get the news that they are expecting. They think they are having a boy and stock up on boy clothes. Their next doctor’s appointment they discover they are having a baby girl. Their little princess enters the world a few weeks later.

I think that both these couples are really great together. The husband’s are really supportive of their wives. I thought that Jelisa looked amazing in her wedding dress. I think the name that she picked for her daughter was so pretty. You’ll have to watch the show to fine out. I love the bond between Jelisa & Darin. Darin cracked me up when he commented that he was ready to work on baby number two and his daughter hadn’t even been born yet. Brandon & Crystal’s relationship is adorable to me as well. I love how they refer to their dog Tex as their first baby. They actually make me want to visit Montana it is so beautiful. I thought it was cute how Brandon carried Christina after she couldn’t finish their hike due to contractions. My favorite part is still that all the footage is filmed by the couples.
