It feels great to say that it’s Friday! This week has definitely be an interesting one. Yesterday I saw a guy just throwing money out of the window of the car he was riding in. I was absolutely shocked. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I didn’t stop to pick it up cause I had some kids to take home. We are officially two weeks away from my daughter’s graduation. Time is so flying. I am grateful to have survived another week. I have so much to be grateful for. Happy Grateful Friday! Can’t wait to share what I am grateful for. Today I am grateful for great music. Music has been such a huge part of what has been motivating me to lose weight. When I do my morning walks if I am not talking with my friend I am listening to my music while I walk. I put together a playlist that is a list of music that keeps me motivated. Today I came in the house after doing my walk. I was ready to go in the house and just crash but as I walked in the door one of my favorite songs started to play. I figured what’s one more lap and I went and did it. I find that music helps motivate me to get things done. I am watching myself slim down day by day. Each day I see changes in my body I get more excited. So I am also grateful for the changes going on in my body. I am loving what I see. I am going to keep going. Maybe one day I will post a picture so you all can see the changes. I am still a work in progress.
