Happy Friday! I am so grateful that I have made it to another Grateful Friday. As the saying goes “Tomorrow is not always promised”. So I am glad that I am here to share another great day on this earth. Not much has happened this week but I am always dedicated to finding something to be grateful for. This week we had some unexpected things happen this week. There was a water main break here in Georgia on Wednesday. I had to go into work early because of it. That day so didn’t go as planned. Then yesterday I took a break to recuperate from such a busy day. So I missed two days of working out. It was almost three but I forced myself to get up and workout today. With all that happen I began to think about how one thing can throw everything out of whack. Wednesday didn’t go how I planned at all. Sometimes when this happens you expect the people closest to you to lift you up. But they aren’t always available or capable of doing that. Sometimes all you have is yourself to depend on.
La La Land Mommy: Grateful Friday: That Woman In The Mirror
So this Friday I am grateful for that woman I see in the mirror every morning. That lady is always there for me when I need her. That woman in the mirror is becoming stronger every day. With all the hats that the woman in the mirror wears sometimes I forget to take care of her but I am getting much better at it lately. When I think of all she can do I am in complete awe of her. Especially when I think of the things that she has been through. She has a story. She carries the scars of the past and is the key to the future. If she set her mind to it she is capable of anything. At times she wants to give up but she doesn’t. She is always there for me when I need her. Sometimes I doubt her but she always shows me that she can do more than I think she is capable of. I can’t wait to see the great things that she does. She is simply amazing, beautiful, and gorgeous! She has some great things coming her way and she deserves them all. I don’t know what I would do without her.
