La La Land Mommy: Hearts Of Ishira Review
Another day. Just finished reading another great book. I have been reading like crazy lately. I love a good book. I am here with another great read. The book I just finished is called Hearts of Ishira by Bethany Aan.
Arianna Hunter never knew what to expect when she and a group of women crashed on another planet filled with nothing but male humanoids after being kidnapped from earth. She knew life would be different but never expected how drastically her life would change. She has to adapt to a whole new way of thinking and living while helping the others adjust as well. Also constantly being under attack by one of the women who doesn’t think she deserves the position she is given by the humanoids that inhabit the planet who also wound up on the planet through no fault of their own. Yet she still manages to find love.
Hunter didn’t know what to expect when the earth women crashed on Ishira. He knew life the way he had come to know it since being forced on the planet would be different he just didn’t know how much different. He also didn’t expect one of the women to capture his hear. He knew sometimes good things came in small packages but he never knew how true the statement was. One thing he wasn’t sure of was the women accepting one thing that was very different from their planet.
I really liked this book. I loved how the women were accepted on the planet and how welcoming the humanoids were. There are a few surprises in this book. This book is not for kids. I repeat this book is not for kids. You get some laughs and you will become very protective of Arianna when you find out her story. Also when you find out why one of the women keep attacking her. It is kind of crazy. I thought that this was a really good read. It will really hold your attention. I also like how they adjusted. The male humanoids are welcoming and very accommodating. I like how Arianna becomes a team with Hunter and help everyone to adapt to their new situation. This book is very interesting and a real page turner.
