About week ago I hit a major milestone on my treadmill. I hit 100 workouts. It feels so amazing to know that I hit 100. That has been my goal. It has been hard work to get there. I have wanted a treadmill for so long cause I knew that it would motivate me to get moving. Especially since I haven’t been comfortable with walking outside my house like I used to do. Knowing I can do it safely in my house and not worry about getting stung helps. Now I do go outside and still go walking but just away from the house. But I also wanted a way to work up to jogging. I’m not quite jogging yet but I did make it to 100 workouts.
My next goal is to hit 200. Hopefully by then I will be doing more running. I really want to get to that level. I’m honestly excited to see where I will be by then. Just thinking about it is making me want to challenge myself to get there. I know that a few months ago I wasn’t even thinking about really jogging. I would say I want to do it but never actually did it. I started to do it but then quit again (per my usual starting and stopping). So with hitting this number I’m hoping the next 100 workouts will get me closer to my next goal.
I am really proud of myself that I actually stuck to being consistent on the treadmill. Now I have taken a few days off and even a week here and there but it wasn’t months like it usually is. It’s actually motivating me to find new ways to add to that workout. I want to occasionally do two a day at least once or twice a week. But I’m going to take it a day at a time. Plus be proud of myself when I do fit another workout in instead of beating myself up. I’m still counting calories as well. So this combination together is really keeping me on track. Can’t wait to write my 200 workout goal achievement. Oh did I mention that each goal I meet on iFIT I get a free item so that helps as well to keep me on the right track cause I love earning prizes. I’m super excited to get to the next level.
