La La Land Mommy: My IdealShape Review #IdealShape
For the past few years I have been struggling with weight loss. It’s not that my body refuses to shed in weight cause I know that it is possible. It is basically fighting my laziness. I have these spurts to where I am really energized and I can go days sometimes even months with a regular exercise routine and then for one reason or another I will stop. I have plenty of excuses. Let’s see I get bored and I’m tired tops the list. I basically try to take advantage of my spurts hoping they will last longer. Well this past summer I have been having a desire to exercise. Oh sure I have fallen off on occasion but I can proudly say I have more ups than downs. One thing that has kept me motivated this month is I have been given the opportunity to review some IdealShape products. IdealShape is a is a company located in Lindon, Utah that offers products that helps you stop your hunger. I believe this is one of my problems. I have the hardest time not feeling constantly hungry. Before Idealshape I was drinking water to trick my body that it was full and then trying to train myself to the fact that I do not always need to eat because my body says I need it.
This is where IdealShape comes in. IdealShape uses all natural ingredients in its products and it is gluten free. The ingredient used to block hunger is all natural as well. That ingredient is slendesta. Slendesta is a inhibitor that is extracted from potatoes. It is suppose to help you feel full sooner. Now I have been hesitant about trying any weight loss products but after reading reviews and seeing no side affects I decided to give it a try. I was sent Idealshapes’ Idealshake, the Idealshape blender bottle for the shake, and Idealshape’s Idealbar. I started using the Idealshape products the day after they arrived because it was late in the afternoon when I received them. I wanted to start the day off by using them in the morning. So the next day I started my day off with a shake. It was really easy to make as you will see below. The instructions are explained on the side of the container.
Step 1:
La la Land Mommy: 1. Get your desired number of scoops of Ideal Shake powder . I like one.
Step 2:
La La Land Mommy: 2. Add 8 Ounces Of Water
Step 3:
La La Land Mommy: 3. Shake Your Shake Until The Powder Completely Disappears

The Idealshake tastes great. I chose chocolate because I’m not really a fan of vanilla drinks besides milkshakes. I will warn you of one thing make sure you mix it thoroughly. If you don’t you sometimes get a powdery surprise in the middle of drinking which is not fun. I find that the shake worked for me best right before my morning walk. During the week I go out and walk for about 30 minutes every morning. It gave me a great burst of energy and I wasn’t starving like I normally am after I finish. Sometimes I will drink two shakes and not eat until dinner. Yes it lasted just that long and if I did get hungry I would eat half of the Idealbar. Only 7 comes in the box. More about that later. It wound up being a great combination. I also used it at night to get rid of my midnight snack attacks. I plan on stopping my midnight snacking soon. I know, I know it is not good to do.
The Idealbars are another great product from Idealshape. I received the strawberry yogurt flavored bars. These taste so heavenly. As I stated above I sometimes used this as a replacement for breakfast. They are very crunchy and full of flavor. Even eating half a bar was enough to keep me full. Especially if I drunk some water with it. It made for a great snack. I have run out of the bars or else I would provide a picture. I have sense lost a total of 3 pounds in the last two weeks of me adding this to my diet. I’m sure if I were to totally change my diet I would lose more. I am slowly making that transition as well. Right now I feel totally energized and am happy with my progress. I have noticed my pants are getting loser rather than tighter like they were a few weeks ago. I still walk and occasionally do some dvds. I think Idealshape is great to add to your diet. But remember it is still important to exercise and stay healthy.
