Happy Monday! Today is of course the first day of the new week. I’m ready to get this week started. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. I’m going to tell you all about it.
This weekend was the first Saturday of November. So for me and the Husband that is when we do our monthly bike ride with fellow Pedego owners. We rode around the Emory area mainly Lullwater park. The husband and I frequent this area a number of times through out the year. So we were excited to get the opportunity to share this area with others. The group enjoyed the ride. We all had fun. They even said they would love to ride the area again.
This week’s goal for me is trying to eat better. I’ve decided that I need to start either saying no to eating the lunch provided for the kids at work and eating my lunch or if I choose to eat the lunch provided to not eat my lunch. I’m also going back to eating meat and vegetables. I actually found an egg roll bowl recipe that I’m really enjoying. I have made it at least 3 times. It’s so easy to make. Each time I’ve made it I’ve used different meat. My favorite though is shrimp so far. But I’m on the look out for more recipes. I’m also am trying to mix up my workouts more. I really want to add more cardio. So far I’ve only done one cardio workout but hey it’s better than nothing.
I just finished my latest book. I can’t wait to review it here on the blog. I am now looking for my next read. I’m just excited to see what this week holds.
