Earth To Echo
My kiddos finally got to see the movie they have been wanting to see since seeing the preview a few months ago. That movie is Earth To Echo. They have been wanting to see this movie for a long time and all they have been talking about for a few weeks now. Well recently their dreams came true. We saw it last Thursday. They already knew who their favorite character was before even seeing the movie and that was Echo. I must say he was my favorite too.
Here is a quick plot synopsis. Earth to Echo is the story of three friends who are about to be separated because construction for a highway is going through their town. Two days before the boys are about to move away they start getting strange signals to their phone. The mystery surrounding the signals is answered when they find Echo an alien robot in the desert. But their journey is not over they have to help Echo repair his spaceship so that he can return home. This is not an easy task at all especially since they are being chased by government officials. I am going to stop here because I do not want to give the rest of the movie away. All I can say is it is worth your time to go find out.
My kids enjoyed every moment of this movie. There were a few funny parts. Like when they enter a bar to search for some pieces of Echo’s spaceship. While we loved all the characters. Echo is definitely the star of this movie. Another favorite of mine is Brian “Astro” Bradley. I think this young man did a fabulous job for this to be his first movie. He is so adorable but he has a lot of power in his small body. That goes to say definitely never judge a book by it’s cover. I think this movie is appropriate for children of all ages. Even us big kids. This movie will teach children a lot about friendship and helping others in need. I highly recommend taking your little ones to see.
