This is a throwback Thursday post. Well sort of. I never shared this on the blog. Back in January my family and I went driving. Sometimes we like to drive with no prior destination in mind. You just pack up and go. I used to find this weird at first because when I was a kid every time we left the house we had a destination. The Husband loves to do this and I have grown to love it as well. The kids have always loved it. They just like to go. The Husband told me that just driving has taught him a number of things like different directions to different locations. I think it is pretty neat.
This trip we happened upon this awesome covered bridge. It is called Red Oak Covered Bridge. It is so pretty. This bridge has been around since the 1840’s. It is so pretty! We walked along it and got some great pictures. This bridge is located in Woodbury, Georgia. It is definitely worth checking out. Seeing things like this are making me fall in love with my state again. You never know how beautiful your state is until you explore it. I am loving all the places that we are exploring.
