The minerals in this water form naturally and nothing is ever added to it not even fluoride. This means that Resource Natural Spring Water is 100% fluoride free. The company also uses 50% recycled plastic to make the bottles that they use for their spring water. This is their way of being mindful of the environment.
I tried my water on Monday while working out. I hadn’t worked out at all last week. I was starting over. I find that I get out of breath quickly so I like to have water handy. It helps me to recharge my body and push through the workout. I usually drink just regular tap water. This time I had Resource Natural Spring Water by my side. I’m actually glad I had it. It was so refreshing. As I did my workout I took drinks of water during my mini breaks. I felt reenergized quicker than I did with tap water. I even had more energy after I completed my workout. As Resource Natural Spring water enters your body you start to feel a refreshing feeling all over immediately. It didn’t last long afterwards either. This water tastes so delicious! I used to think water is water but it really isn’t you can really taste the difference. I really enjoyed this water.
