It’s Monday. I am speaking into existence a great week. With that being said it’s time to pat yourself on the back. It’s Self Love Monday. What did you accomplish that you want to toot your own horn about? What is making you feel good at the moment? For me I am patting myself on the back for not beating myself up for not exercising last week. Last week was just extra busy. I found some time to do my morning walk. I even ran a few laps. That’s something else to pat myself on the back for. I just didn’t exercise as much as I wanted to. Usually when this happens I beat myself up about it. I am not doing that this time. This time I know sometimes life happens and I can always improve the following week. So this week I am going to kill it and make sure that I get my exercise in the way I want to.
