I received free park tickets to give this review. All opinions are my own.
Six Flags is the place to be in Georgia during spring break actually anytime. It is a great place for families. It has great things to do for everyone of all ages. My family and I have been out there a number of times. Each time we had a great time. I love how Six Flags makes sure that everyone of all ages has a great time.
We were recently invited to attend the opening of a new section of Six Flags called Bugs Bunny Boomtown. This time I was accompanied by my brother and Nishe’. This area is for younger kids. All the rides are geared toward kids under the age of ten. Of course that didn’t stop us bigger kids from having fun. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony where we were introduced to the park’s honorary president Symeon he is a part of the Make-A-Wish-Foundation. He became a part of the foundation when he was diagnosed with cancer more than two years ago. He is now cancer free but he is still a lover of Six Flags. He was able to cut the ribbon with the characters from Six Flags Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety Bird, Pepe’ Le Pew, Wile E. Coyote, Porky Pig, and Yosemite Sam. We were able to get some pictures with them as well. It was such a great experience and Symeon is such a cutie.
Inside the park we got to ride some of the rides. Our first ride was the Acme Trucking Company. All the rides were great. Great for the smaller kids but just enough fun for the parents or guardians riding with them. One of our favorite rides in the area was this ride with boats called Bugs Bunny High Seas Adventure. You get to go in the air and spin around. All the children I saw in the area was having a great time. You can also have fun riding Daffy Duck Bucket Blasters, Speedy Gonzales Speed Boats, Yosemite Same Wacky Wagons, Looney Tunes Adventure Camp, and Tweety’s Twee House.
After we spent a little time in Bugs Bunny Boomtown. We enjoyed the rest of the park. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to ride the rollercoasters because it was raining off and on. But this gave us the opportunity to ride some of the rides that we hadn’t taken the opportunity to ride before. It was a great day.
