I am back to share another great event that you can enjoy during the holiday season. This weekend my kids and I were invited to experience Six Flags Holiday In The Park. We invited my brother to come with us. This is the second year this event has been held in Atlanta. Six Flags is turned into a festive world with millions of Christmas lights for families. They have some of the rides open like Goliath, Scorcher, and Mindbender. Kids can also visit Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus at the North Pole via the North Pole Express. You can take pictures inside of a life size snow globe.
The kids, my brother, and I had so much fun at this event. This was actually mine and my kids first time experiencing Six Flags at night. It was absolutely beautiful. I loved it! We got to see the lighting of the Six Flags Christmas Tree. They have guys dressed as Nutcracker guards. The lights helped guide our way. Nishe’ finally got to ride Goliath. That was actually my first time riding it too. We also rode the Scorcher. They rode two other rides as well. It was so much fun. I enjoyed walking through and seeing the displays and riding the rides. We enjoyed taking pictures inside the large snow globe. Everything was just so fun.
After riding all the rides we possibly could we took the North Pole Express to visit Santa Clause and Mrs. Claus. The kids enjoyed talking with Mrs. Claus and the elves. Then they were happy to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas.
It was so much fun. If you want to experience Six Flags Holiday In The Park head over to Six Flags now. This event will run until Jan. 3rd. It has so much to offer. Check out places like Main Street Christmas where you can enjoy some of the restaurants, Peppermint plaza where you can ride the Scorcher like we did, Retro Christmas USA where you can ride Dare Devil and Goliath, Bugs Bunny World, and Glohill.

I’m not a Six Flags type of gal but it looks like fun! I’ve never heard of their Holiday I’m The Park event. I will be passing this info on as I do have friends that frequent Six Flags and my kids have season passes with their dad.
