Today I was having a lazy Sunday so I decided to build the other Star Wars model that was sent to me. This one is the AT-AC Cargo Walker. These you have seen in all the Star Wars movies. I never knew what they were called until I was sent this model. It is pretty easy to put together.

There are about 20-30 pieces in this kit. Everything easily snaps together. This model took me about 30 minutes (I made a couple of mistakes) to put together. Again the instructions are easy to follow. A child may need a little help. Which is why it makes a great project to do together. It allows for conversation and everyone will be excited to see the end results. It was really fun to put together. The fact that you don’t need any glue or paint makes it more kid appropriate. If you have to leave for a second you don’t have to worry about anything getting knocked over. The fact that it makes noise is a great surprise for children. I also liked that children can play with it after it is put together. This isn’t something that they put together and can only admire on a shelf. It will teach them patience and I believe they will value it more since they put it together themselves.

This model would be a perfect gift for a Star Wars fanatic between the ages of 8 and up. You can also do this with younger kids ages 4-6. There aren’t many small pieces at all. It is a really fun project to put together. I think anyone at any age would love this. They take about an hour to put together for children. Could be quicker for adults.

Really high quality model that can be used as a toy, says it takes about an hour to assemble but as a sober adult, it only took me about 10 minutes. It comes in nice packaging and the instructions are very easy to follow.
Very impressed with this line of Revell snaptite models, I recommend the other ones as well.
Yes it can take longer if you have a young child helping you. Definitely wouldn’t take an adult too long. I had fun putting it together.
