I have been a Star Wars fan since the day I was able to recognize it. I have shown my kids some of the Star Wars movies. They enjoy the movies as much as I do. So of course when I got the opportunity to review this Star Wars Rebel U-Wing Fighter model I jumped on it. Nishe’ and I put together this model over the weekend. It allowed us to have a little mother and daughter. We sat down and got to work. What we really liked was how all the pieces were labeled and how easy the instructions were to follow.
Putting together this model took us about thirty minutes. It was really nice to have this time to bond with my daughter. I really liked how the pieces just snapped together. It didn’t require any paint, glue, or anything else. It was really easy to put together. The model turned out exactly the way it should have. I’ve tried models in the past that were extremely complicated to put together or maybe I didn’t have the skills or patience for them cause they turned out horrible. But this one looked great.
Nishe’ really enjoyed putting this together. I enjoyed seeing the excitement on her face as things started to come together. She immediately asked to put it in her room when we were done.
I highly recommend these models for kids 8 and up. I think it would also be a great project for kids under 8 as well but with supervision. It would be a great present for any occasion. It would be a great way to spend time with your little one.
