I love taking a trip. Especially day trips. It is so much fun to just take a trip with my family. We recently took a day trip to Alabama a few weeks ago. We visit Noccalula Falls Park. It is located in Gadsden, Albama. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from where we live in Stone Mountain. Believe me it is well worth the drive. Entry is $6 per person over age of 12. Our Cheaha State Park Hiking Experience
Saturday we visited the highest point in Alabama. This point is located at Cheaha State Park. This state park is a two hour drive from where we live. It is found in Delta, Alabama. The park has 6 hiking trails. There names are Bald Rock, Pulpit Rock, Mountain Laurel, Lake Trail, and LNT Bigfoot Trail. Some of the trails you can drive up part way and then get closer.
