This week has been quite interesting. It started off as a normal week. I did my normal routine of getting up and working out. Then I went to work like normal. Only thing that I really did different was twice this week I did two workouts. I did my treadmill and then I did my new favorite workout called Trap Cardio. You should totally check them out.
