I have been consistently calorie county for about a year now. I was looking for away to control my appetite because I was eating a lot of food most days. If I thought about food I would go and get it. Then some days I wouldn't eat much at all. Plus I really didn't really think about what I was eating. I just ate what I want. I would eat pizza for breakfast or sometimes even spaghetti. I didn't care what time of day I was eating or anything. Also :: Keep Reading ::
