About week ago I hit a major milestone on my treadmill. I hit 100 workouts. It feels so amazing to know that I hit 100. That has been my goal. It has been hard work to get there. I have wanted a treadmill for so long cause I knew that it would motivate me to get moving. Especially since I haven’t been comfortable with walking outside my house like I used to do. Fitness Journey Update & My Scale Obsession
