I have been meaning to post about our latest hiking trip for awhile now. But life has been a little hectic. A few weeks ago we visited Fort Mountain State Park. This park is located in north Georgia in Chatsworth, Georgia. It is a 2 hour drive from where we live. There is a $5 parking fee. Which isn't too bad. Our Amicalola State Park Visit
This weekend we headed to Amicalola state park. This park is just gorgeous! I have been wanting to go to this waterfall since I saw a fellow blogger post about it. I actually forgot about it until The Husband saw it while searching for water falls the weekend prior after we went to Anna Ruby Falls in Helen, Georgia. Family Hike At Vogel State Park & Helton Creek Falls
This weekend my family and I decided to go hiking. The Husband had seen a picture of a view on Instagram and he asked the poster where the picture was taken. The poster was gracious enough to tell him that it was taken after climbing the Blood Mountain Trail here in Georgia. So he decided that is what we would do that weekend.
