I'm a bit late on my fitness update. I think I did okay last week. I noticed that on days when I didn't exercise is when my calorie intake struggled. I need to work on staying within my limits. My weakness is my late night snacks. What I need to do is stop them or not have any at all if I'm not within my calories or haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping to do better. My Fitness Journey: New Attitude And Baby Steps
I have stopped posting about my fitness journey basically because I wasn't sticking to it. However in a way I wish I hadn't because it kind of kept me honest with myself and hold myself accountable.
