I have been consistently calorie county for about a year now. I was looking for away to control my appetite because I was eating a lot of food most days. If I thought about food I would go and get it. Then some days I wouldn't eat much at all. Plus I really didn't really think about what I was eating. I just ate what I want. Why I Decided Not To Buy Sweets On My Last Grocery Trip
Last Sunday I went on my normal grocery shopping trip. I made my usual rounds. I stopped at the produce area of the store. I was looking over the fruit and vegetables. Fitness Update: Incorporationg Healthy Eating On A Budget
I'm a bit late on my fitness update. I think I did okay last week. I noticed that on days when I didn't exercise is when my calorie intake struggled. I need to work on staying within my limits. My weakness is my late night snacks. What I need to do is stop them or not have any at all if I'm not within my calories or haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping to do better.
