The other day I was sitting and scrolling on Facebook. I came across a friend's post. I was surprised to see that she was having a moment. She didn't feel great about something. Low Self Esteem Is Contagious
I never thought about how what I say about myself can affect the way my kids see themselves. I mean really who thinks about things like that. I guess some people do but not me necessarily.
