This week was the first week of summer vacation at work. As in the kids are at home but I'm still at work, so no chance for us to go Vail tubing or visiting amusement parks just yet. Though of course, I'll still need to find ways for the kids to be amused while I work my shifts. Perhaps I can get a day off later down the line and we can spend it somewhere nice. End of School Year & More
This week marked the end of the school year for the kids in my area. Now we are getting ready for summer. My kids have been done with school for about two weeks now. Being that it was the end of the school year. This week at work has been kind of busy. No homework meant we had to find creative ways to keep the kids busy. My kids have officially been on summer vacation for a week now. I must say this school year has been a year of interesting moments. It definitely was more challenging than any year before. Well parents we have survived another year. For many of us in the Atlanta area it is the last day of school. Can you believe it? We survived 180 days of school. That is a great feat.
