A few weeks ago I did something I really do. I planned a date for The Husband and me. Usually, The Husband is the one who plans our dates. Hiking Fort Mountain State Park
I have been meaning to post about our latest hiking trip for awhile now. But life has been a little hectic. A few weeks ago we visited Fort Mountain State Park. This park is located in north Georgia in Chatsworth, Georgia. It is a 2 hour drive from where we live. There is a $5 parking fee. Which isn't too bad. Day Trip To Noccalula Falls Park
I love taking a trip. Especially day trips. It is so much fun to just take a trip with my family. We recently took a day trip to Alabama a few weeks ago. We visit Noccalula Falls Park. It is located in Gadsden, Albama. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from where we live in Stone Mountain. Believe me it is well worth the drive. Entry is $6 per person over age of 12. A Family Hike Through Cloudland Canyon State Park
I say the same line every time I share a new hiking adventure that my family and I go on. This was the best hike EVER! But seriously right now our hike through Cloudland Canyon State Park is at the top of my list despite having to go down 600 steps and back up again. I don't think I will ever get used to steps.
