Last Saturday I had no idea what I wanted to cook for dinner. I just knew I didn't want anything with pasta or rice in it. Trying to limit how often I have them at the moment. So I started looking around my kitchen to see what I had to make a decent meal. I found some yellow squash, canned diced tomatoes, Italian sausage, green bell peppers, turnips, & beef broth.
