Halloween is this Saturday. I know that your little ones are just bubbling with excitement to get out and go trick or treating in their neighborhood. If you are like me sometimes you just the best way to trick-or-treat is to plan your route. Especially if you have children under the age of six. You want to hit up the best houses and then get them home and in bed. With teenagers it’s nice to know where they are going. My kids are teenagers and I know I would feel more comfortable knowing the houses that they are visiting. Target has come up with an app that makes trick-or-treating easier.
Target Treatster
The name of the app that Target has created is called Treatster. This app is the first social network app that is designed to help parents the best trick-or-treating experience. The site collects information from users such as the best haunts (Halloween decorations) to the places with the candy. When the house is first voted on it is given a pumpkin “treat” pin and then as it gets more votes the pin gets bigger. Users can only vote for a house once. Doesn’t this sound exciting.
