I’ve been on a binge of sorts for the past few days. Not on food or drink but on this new talk show called “The Real”. This show came to my attention a few months ago when Kim Fields was a guest and she announced her second pregnancy and it was reported on the website Blackcelebkids.com and then I heard it a second time while watching the show Tia and Tamera. There are 5 hosts. They consists of Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housely, Lonnie Love, Adrienne Bailon, and Jeannie Mai. Being a huge fan of Tamera and Tamar I just felt compelled to check the show out.
Unfortunately the show was not able to be viewed on TV here Atlanta because it was in limited syndication. So I headed over to YouTube to see what I could find. I found the premiere episode online and after watching it I was absolutely hooked. I love the chemistry between all the girls. I think it is an absolutely fabulous show. After watching the premiere I didn’t watch anymore episodes until Monday after I read on the website Tia and Tamera Official that the show will be going national. So I immediately started catching up. Each and every episode was very interesting. I think one of my favorite things that they do is that they have what’s called twitter dares where people from twitter dare them to do things. Another I love about the show is how real they are. Also the icing on the cake is they have what they called Gab Bag Giveaways. This is when they giveaway a name brand purse such as Gucci or Louis Vuitton and many others. They give one away to the audience and then TV viewers can enter the giveaway online at the website TheRealTalkShow.com then they announce the winner on Friday. When I found out about this I was so mad they weren’t national. But since they will be next year in 2014 I will definitely be trying for one if they are still doing it. I highly recommend everyone going to check out this show. These women are hilarious and appear to have a great chemistry. I can’t wait to see the show on actual TV. In 2014 the show will be live on BET and FOX. I know that this is one show I would love to go see live.
