I always seem to have a problem in believing in myself. I can always believe in my kids and my husband. I encourage them to follow their dreams but my own dreams I cannot seem to bring them to fruition. I think it lies in the fact that in the back of my mind I don’t think that I am going to succeed. I have so many things that I would love to do or see if I can do but the fear of failure really takes a toll on me. All I want to do is to succeed but the fear of failing is so unbelievably strong though.
I’m learning that if I don’t believe in myself then I can’t expect anyone else to do it. I believe that when you don’t believe in yourself that it tends to show. I never knew that until I looked into my mirror at myself. I looked at the woman staring back at me and wonder who would believe the person staring back at me. I haven’t been carrying myself in a way that says I have something that I am trying to achieve. I just didn’t see it.
So, my first lesson to myself was if I want to achieve anything I have to show that I want it in every sense of the word inward and outward. People should be able to look at me and know that I am on a mission. I have to make people want to invest in my dream. I have to give them a reason to want to be a part of my dream. Anyone who has a dream should be able to show that they invest in their selves. By investing, I do not mean, just taking out time for yourself or relaxing, but, planning for your future through monetary assets (that can easily be done when you read this goldco review), physical well being or even looking for a profession that you are passionate about. Investing in self could entail anything from physical, spiritual, or emotional aspects. It is a kind of self-healing that everyone needs, and that’s exactly what I am vying for at the present. I know for some people investing only has a monetary connotation and they instantly start thinking about platforms similar to Bit Index AI, to make their assets grow, but here I mean the growth of the self, of the personality. That is basically the only way for you to shine.
I haven’t been doing that. I have been easily sidetracked from my dreams. I have let things like frustration, other emotions, and life just get in my way. If I don’t take myself seriously no one else will. I am learning that I have to carry my dream with me at all times. You should too. Here is how you can do it:
`1. Carry something that reminds you of your dream every day.
- Work on your dream for at least 15 minutes a day.
-
Talk to people who encourage your dream.
-
Write your dream and place it somewhere you can read it every day
I’m learning that if you want to achieve anything you have to live it and work on it 24/7.
