It is now fall or autumn as some people call it. Honestly fall is my favorite time of year. I love the cooler weather. What I don’t like is one thing that can accompany this lovely change of weather. Actually this thing can come at anytime. That pesky cold. I honestly do all I can to keep it away but when I can’t I take medication. One of the medicines I take is Chloraseptic. It is important to keep stocked up during this cold and flu season as you do not know when it can rear its head, so checking out an online pharmacy UK service or one in your zone, will better prepare you for whatever comes your way and not have you worry about making the pharmacy trip when you are feeling rough.
There are ways to keep the cold bug away from you and your loved ones for a little longer. Sometimes we can do everything imaginable and still get sick. But there are things you can do to prevent it. I am learning this as I end my third week of work. I work with kids and as we all know when kids go to school they come in contact with a great deal of bacteria. From playing games with friends to just playing in the dirt. I am here to share some of the things that I do to fight the cold bug.
- Wash your hands: I always wash my hands. I do it more so now. It is recommended to wash them for at least two minutes. Make sure you even clean your nails.
- Be more active: When you are active it boosts your immune system. You can workout, dance, or even take a walk. Doing things like this allows your body to work and cleanse your system even more.
- Drink more water: It is important to stay hydrated. It allows your body to oxygenate your blood, flush toxins, and other great things.
- Eat healthy: You can eat foods that help boosts your immune system and gives you energy.
- Keep your work area and surrounding areas clean and disinfected: Wipe down your area. I try to remember to wipe everything down. Not just clean them I mean to disinfect them.
As I said before though. Sometimes you can do everything possible to prevent a cold and it doesn’t help. That’s when you can let products like Chloraseptic come to your rescue. Chloraseptic is a fast acting product. It takes no longer than about 15 minutes to feel relief for symptoms like a cough or sore throat. It gives you relief from the pain that you are feeling and allows you to have a better day or night. I love to use the spray but their throat lozenges are great too. A couple of days ago my throat was a little itchy. I took a lozenge and felt some relief. They also taste great. So if you are looking for some relief head to your local drug store and pick up some Chloraseptic.

Quick relief, the taste isn’t terrible or strong.
I would give a 4 star, but the only problem it doesn’t reach all the way to the back of my throat.

Sorry to hear that it didn’t help you too much. I think it varies from person to person.
